The palace has been for centuries the residence of the Biscotti, a noble family of Potenza belonging to the landed bourgeoisie of the 17th century. The building has its main entrance on via Pretoria from which one accesses an internal courtyard. The facade is in exposed stone and bricks. The round arch portal is framed by two pilasters and the cornice, on which is positioned a balcony with a shaped stone lintel. Photographic documentation shows the presence of the family coat of arms on the archivolt of the portal, whose current location is unknown!
