Built in 1935 in place of Palazzo Navarra, formerly Palazzo Viggiani, designed by engineer Solimena and architect Murari, it develops on a rectangular plan around a central atrium covered by a skylight. A neo-Renaissance style building, it has a rusticated facade on the first level, while on the upper levels it has loggias inspired by the 16th century.
